 | Qinchuan Machine Tool Group Co.,
Ltd. (former Qinchuan Machine Tool Works) is one of the key enterprises in machine
tool industry of China. In 1965, it was split from Shanghai Machine Tool Works,
and moved to Baoji city of Shaanxi province.
In 1995, it was renamed as Qinchuan
Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd.
In 1998, Shaanxi Qinchuan Machinery Development
Co., Ltd. was founded by its holding company
Qinchuan Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. as the
major initiator and it was listed in Shenzhen
Stock Exchange.
In October 2001, Qinchuan Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. achieved debts transformation
into stocks successfully. Four financial capital management corporations became
the new stockholders, for example, China Huarong, so that the stockholder of our
company was diversified.
Up to now, this company has already developed into
a large- size group corporation with modern enterprises policy from an original
inland factory. It possesses total assets of 1.1 billion R.M.B. and has 16 control

| At
present, this company has 2588 employees in its headquarter of Baoji city. Among
them, there are 2 doctors and 40 masters. And there are totally 938 technical
personnel of all kinds of specialties, which take up 36% of total employees. It
possesses a large number of qualified technical, managerial and productive talents.
The complex economic index of our company has been increasing steadily for the
past 20 years. In the year 2001, our sales income was 533 million R.M.B. and the
profits were 12.45 million R.M.B. The complex index of economic benefit ranks
first among the 184 large and medium-sized key enterprises in machine tool industry
of China.
Our gear grinding machines have been developed into CNC machines
from original mechanical and PC ones, the performance of the complete machines
have reached the international advanced level. The products include: gear grinder,
worm wheel gear grinder, double grinding wheel gear grinder etc. total 7 series.
We have independent research and development abilities, we have won about 40 national
and departmental Science & Technology Progress Awards and Outstanding Achievements
Awards early or late. The main products enjoy 80% market share at home. And they
have been exported to more than 20 countries and southeast Asia areas, such as
USA, Japan, South korea and so on. Among them, Y7032A dish-shaped double wheel
gear grinder has been granted the first grade prize of the national Science &
Technology Progress Award; Y7125A gear shaving cutter grinder; Yk7232 CNC worm
wheel gear grinder; 2030 flying shear machine; SCJ230 plastic blow moulding machine
etc. have been granted the second grade prize of the national Science & Technology
Progress Award.
The company has the “three precision” advantages
in precision machining, precision assembling and precision measurement. In the
products of metal box, shaft sleeve and gears, we have many professional skills,
and forty percent of the total equipments are CNC machines. The facility level
is at the leading position in China machine tool industry. The company has got
